CasinoEuro tests Twin Spin vs. Twin Spin Deluxe
Our newest slot, Twin Spin Deluxe™, is the sequel to big brother Twin Spin™, a NetEnt fan favourite for many years. Now the wait is finally over and we’re ready to compare the old with the new to see which of the two games comes out on top.
Pairing the classic, old-school retro style of well-known Las Vegas symbols with modern graphics, both games make us feel oddly nostalgic for the good old slot days of bells, cherries and sevens. However, unlike many other of the sequels we have seen lately, Twin Spin Deluxe™ has stepped fully into the present, adopting the Cluster Pays type game play that we have already seen in fast favourites like Aloha and Legend of Shangri-La.
Twin Spin™ History
Released in 2013, the original Twin Spin™ has been around for a few years already, touting its retro-modern look and fun gameplay for all with its easy to navigate structure. The newcomer Twin Spin Deluxe™ has kept some of the elements from the classic that people love and added a more modern feel with the Cluster Pays style first seen on Aloha.

So, Is Bigger Always Better?
Though the symbols are the same, and the themes are similar, the two games are actually quite different. After testing and analysing both games we can’t help but conclude that both the games are worth a quick spin as they both bring their own special elements of fun into the equation.
The graphics in both games are great, however Twin Spin Deluxe™ has a slightly crisper image that looks stylised and finished with the same backlit style of symbols. However, if we are to pick a favourite, we just can’t stop loving the classic.
Though the newcomer has more reels, the 270,000 coins in the original really makes it the winner for us. And, maybe it’s just us, but the retro feel of the game seems to flow better in an original bet line setup slot machine. However, Twin Spin Deluxe™ is still an amazing game, the Cluster Pays feature had us holding our breath as we aimed to create even bigger and better clusters.
Both slots are available now at CasinoEuro, so why not try them both out and tell us which is your favourite below?
