We Won Best Customer Services Operator For The Third Year

The annual EGR Nordics awards drew to a close this weekend and saw some of the biggest names in gaming scoop the top trophies from Casino Operator of the Year to Sports Betting Supplier.

Evolution Gaming took the award for Casino Content Supplier, with their innovation and development within the world of Live Casino, whilst NetEnt won Platform Supplier of the Year, securing their position as one of the pioneers in online gaming and entertainment.

We collected the award for the Customer Services Operator of the Year, a title that our group has now won for three years in a row.

CasinoEuro spoke to Melissa, our Customer Service Manager, to find out how she and her team reacted to the news:

We have now taken home the illustrious award for Customer Services Operator of the Year for three years in a row, how does it feel?

We have officially done a Hat-trick which we are extremely proud of! Everything we do is for our customers and our greatest reward is to leave every customer happy and content after speaking to us. That is our daily reward.

What do you think makes our customer service stand out from the rest?

We have a lot of passionate people working within the team, always doing their utmost to make sure we are giving a “wow” experience every time. This plays a very important part of a successful team.

This award shows that we truly have the customer at heart at our casino. What does Customers at Heart mean to you?

Customers at Heart means that you first and foremost listen to the customer rather than assuming what the issue might be, and to always try and offer a solution to the problem. We should feel proud that our customers choose us to play with out of all the casinos. Customer Support is the voice of the customer and that is a responsibility not to be taken lightly.

It’s a nice trophy, where will it be placed?

It really is! The plan is to place it in our 2nd-floor entertainment area together with the rest of our awards. This way we will have a daily reminder of what is most important to us: Our customers.

How will your team celebrate this win after taking home the trophy once again?

Last time we won we got hoodies for everyone in the team so for this time around we will need to come up with something even better. Nothing has been decided yet but the plan is to get something that symbolises everyone’s great work and effort. And of course cake!
